Terms of use

These terms are between you and Review It LLC, which operates Prospr. Using Prospr means you accept them. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may accept them for that company.

What Prospr does with the information it holds is covered separately in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Prospr is invite-only. Access is granted per person, to one workspace, by someone already in it. Your sign-in is yours: do not share it, and tell us at rene@review-it.io if you think somebody else has it.

Anyone with access to a workspace can see and change what is in it. Choose who you invite accordingly, and remove people when they leave.

This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly. Prospr finds businesses and shows you their published contact details. It does not check whether you are allowed to contact any particular one, and it cannot. That responsibility is entirely yours.

Before you call, text, or email anyone you found here, you are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you and to them. In the United States that includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, the federal and state Do Not Call registries, state anti-spam and telemarketing rules, and the state laws governing whether a call may be recorded and who has to consent.

You are responsible for honoring opt-outs and do-not-contact requests, for keeping your own suppression records, and for any consent your outreach requires. A phone number appearing in Prospr is not permission to dial it.

If someone asks to be removed, remove them, and tell us at rene@review-it.io so we can suppress the record rather than let a later search hand it back to you.

Use the information in your workspace to run your own outreach. Do not resell, redistribute, publish, or license it as a data product, and do not build a competing database out of it.

Do not use Prospr to harass anyone, to break the law, or to gather information about private individuals rather than businesses. Do not try to reach another workspace's data, get around access controls or rate limits, or take the service apart to copy it.

Prospr runs on keys and accounts you supply, being your Google Places key, your Mapbox token, and your Claude or ChatGPT account if you connect one. What those providers charge for that use is billed to you by them, not by us, and their terms apply to what you do through them.

Prospr shows an estimate of what a search will cost. It is an estimate from published list prices, not a bill, and the real figure lives in your provider's account.

We depend on those providers. If one changes its pricing, its limits, or its terms, that can change what Prospr can do, and it is outside our control.

Prospr collects from listings, public websites and public filings. Those sources are wrong sometimes: a business moves, closes, changes its number, or is filed under a name nobody uses. Prospr repeats what it found and can repeat a mistake with it.

The scores and the AI qualification are an opinion assembled from that evidence, not a verified fact about a business, and they are certainly not advice about whether to do business with anyone. Check anything that matters before you act on it. Decisions you make from a lead are yours.

Prospr is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults. We may change features, add them, or take them away.

If we are going to remove something you rely on, we will try to say so first, but we cannot promise notice for everything, particularly where a provider forces the change on us.

Prospr does not charge for access today. If that changes, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you will be able to decline and stop using it. Nothing here signs you up for a future bill from us.

The provider costs described above are separate and are yours from the start.

You can stop using Prospr whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account and workspace as described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or remove access that is being used to break these terms, particularly the outreach rules above, or where keeping it open would put us or a third party at risk. If we do, we will say why.

To the extent the law allows, Review It LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, lost business or lost data, or for anything arising from your outreach or from a decision you made using information Prospr showed you.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us for Prospr in the twelve months before the claim, which today is nothing.

You are responsible for claims that arise from how you used Prospr to contact people, including claims under the outreach laws named above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida.

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top and say what changed. Carrying on using Prospr after that means you accept the new version.
